Resilience by Samite - Beautiful, powerful, and personal, “Resilience” is a one-man multimedia musical show that combines the urgency of now with a timeless story of healing. Internationally recognized musician, humanitarian, and artist Samite tells the story of his life, from escaping the nightmare 1980s Uganda to learning to heal others with the power of music. It is an inspiring performance written and performed by Samite, a multi-instrumentalist and powerful storyteller. The play is presented by Story House Ithaca and is part of its “Refugee Voices” series this spring. See the trailer
