Professional Training and Development Program

Since 2010 the Kitchen Theatre Company has had a post-college resident intern program that brings newly graduated young people from across the country to the KTC for 6-12 month residencies. KTC interns work alongside our professional staff receiving hands-on job training. Our team of interns is crucial to the daily operations of the Kitchen and provide necessary support to the full time staff.

Norma Fire Emerging Artist Fund

Named for actress Norma Fire and created through a gift from the Estate of Norma Fire. At the beginning of each season, the Norma Fire Emerging Artist Award will be presented to the young person from the previous season whose work exhibited the most potential.
